Just found out today that agent has been out sick for 3 weeks and not back yet and there is nothing anyone can do in the office. Got referral from Wanda Strosnider. I explained everything to Kaela. Needed policy today as mine expires at 12:01 am tomorrow. I sent information she requested, she sent someone out to property to take additional pictures. Kaela was very nice, professional, good communicator and provided all the necessary information for me to make an educated decision. Did not draw out the process.
